I was in UK(London) for 3.5 Yrs (aprox.) for Post graduation/ study and just two weeks before leaving (Feb'2007) I received the Police Clearance Certificate in response to my application on the latest residing address in that time. And presently I am residing in my home country for 6+ years. For the present address I can collect the certificate from the local authority. Can I submit the notarized copy of that certificate with the PR application for clarifying previous record? Will it serve the purpose?. Kindly let me know.....

There is a clear double standard, even in the Justice system watching over CIC performance.

They intently watch and wire tap an officer who is fast tracking an application. What about the officer who is disposing off an application, who is loosing the important documents sent with an application or simply denying an application without proper reasoning.

Has any Canadian Court stepped in to ask about the Wrongfully Denied applications by CIC Canada? Is there any built-in mechanism in CIC Canada that makes sure that no rogue, bored, or mentally volatile visa officer is starting to act up by denying all the applications and destroying lives of potential immigrants.?

Who should potential immigrants sue for destroying their lives? There are people here more educated, then the Minister of Immigration Jason Kenny! The visa officers in Vegreville office, what punishments were handed down when they destroyed applications just to get their pay raise? Where is the justice system of Canada?

Unfortunately, every institution in Canada lives on the misery of others. Lawyers want their huge fees to file a complaint against CIC. And doesnt want to open a line of communication to re-consider refusals. They dont want to admit their visa officers are humans who can make mistakes, sometimes willfully. CIC-Vegreville is the worst place, where ill-trained officers are in-charge of destroying lives of immigrants who are 100 times more educated and professional than those farm kids.

And there are many Barrieros in CIC-Vegreville office!!! They have destroyed applications just to get their pay raise, they have disposed applications without any repurcussions. But the potential immigrants are the ones who have to bear the devastating results on their lives because of the low-life, cowards working in Vegreville office who think they can sit behind computer and destroy lives of others with full impunity.

Comment on Bridging Visa Introduced For Temporary Residents Applying for Permanent Residence in Canada by Bitter Truth

Bridging Open Work Permit - is being handled by CIC-Vegreville Office in remote city in Alberta. There have been numerous complains of inconsistent decisions on BOWP. It seems that officers are not exactly aware of the 4 criterias listed in Operational Bulletin 485.

Most importantly, officers have repeatedly given visas to applicants who WP was expired at the time of BOWP application. My request was rejected and when i further tried to ask - they simply give a straight face answer - that you don't fulfill the criteria. While, its them who are still approving applications where the valid WP criteria is not being fulfilled.

There is absolutely no way to challenge Vegreville office. Minister Kenny's email id - does not entertain any email pertaining to refusal, which is understandable. But there has to be an office which would re-consider the refusals. The visa officers are humans and they make mistakes every day. Not just mistakes, we are aware of the bribery scandal in CIC.

But the way CIC destroys lives of potential immigrants, its pathetic. Vegreville office and its Director is directly responsible for all the refusals and I will make sure to publish his name and full details on the net. He must be accountable to all the applicants. Minister Kenny needs to make sure that every single application that is denied has been verified by a supervisor. Inconsistent decisions should be brought down to 0. I will not stop writing against Vegreville office untill they start to publicize the quality of their staff. Right now, they are local farmers, some times high school grads. You can simply go on Linked In and see the caliber of Vegreville office staff.
